Who Gets The Great Job Of Counting Mouse Droppings?

The Kansas City Missouri Health Department temporarily closed King Chinese Restaurant on Tuesday (February 17, 2009) for critical health code violations.


King Chinese Restaurant, at 8136 N.W. Prairie View Road, was cited for a few mouse droppings. How many you ask? How about 1, 2009!!!!! Just a few huh? The droppings were noted in food prep areas, and in storage areas. In addition, King Chinese Restaurant, at 8136 N.W. Prairie View Road, was cited for not having hot water in the kitchen, a dishwasher that was not sanitizing, and a 3-compartment sink that was not functioning properly.
